Cases are submitted by known people or partner associations. Anonymous cases are not accepted.

The verification team, or the partner association, makes a field or social visit to confirm and document the case.

Transparent publication
The case is published after verification, stating its needs without revealing the owner's identity, to protect their dignity.

Follow-up and proof of arrival
We follow every case until the help actually arrives, and we document it to guarantee full transparency.
Dignity first
No beneficiary photographs. No public names. Verification is the substitute for exposure. If a case cannot be credible without publishing its owner's identity, the answer is stronger verification, never a photograph.
