Hasana handles beneficiary data with the highest level of protection. Privacy is not a setting that can be switched off; it is a foundational structure of the site.
Beneficiary data
No names, photographs, or identifying information of beneficiaries are published on the public site. Identity is shared only with trusted parties involved in direct help.
Donor data
We collect no data for donations and no payment passes through the site.
Case information requests
When you send an information request through the site, we keep your name (optional), your contact detail and the case it refers to, only to answer you. Requests can be deleted from the admin panel.
Data retention
Verification documents are deleted once their purpose is served. Financial records are kept only as legally required.
